Common questions.
Do I need a referral?
In most cases, no. Florida allows you to begin physical therapy without a referral. If treatment continues beyond 30 days for a condition that has not already been assessed by a qualified healthcare provider, Florida law requires a qualified provider to review and sign your treatment plan. If your condition needs care outside the scope of physical therapy, we’ll refer you to or consult with an appropriate provider. We’ll help you understand any requirements for your care.
Do you accept insurance?
We do not accept insurance. We offer straightforward, affordable self-pay pricing and are happy to answer any questions about the cost of your care before you schedule.
What should I expect at my first visit?
Your first visit typically includes a conversation about your goals, a movement assessment, an explanation of findings, and the beginning of treatment.
How do I schedule my first visit?
Choose “Request a visit” and share your contact details. We’ll get in touch to discuss your goals, confirm our service area, and answer questions about pricing. Then we’ll schedule an appointment.
How long is an appointment?
Visits are designed around 60 minutes of dedicated one-on-one care. We’ll confirm the length of your appointment when you schedule.
How should I prepare for a home visit?
Wear comfortable clothing that lets you move easily. Have your medication list, any relevant medical records, and a referral if one is required. You’re welcome to have a list of questions or goals ready, too.
Where do in-person visits take place?
We come to you. Contact us to confirm whether your location is within our service area and discuss a suitable space for your visit.
Can you help with recovery after surgery?
Yes. Post-surgical recovery is part of our orthopedic rehabilitation services. Share your procedure details and your surgeon’s instructions when you contact us so we can discuss your care needs.
Do you offer virtual appointments?
Yes. Virtual visits may be available for movement coaching, exercise progression, and follow-up care.
How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
Contact us for help changing your appointment. Please let us know as early as possible. We’ll share the practice’s cancellation policy when you book.
